National accreditation for both preschool and school-age programs is a mark of quality that signifies that a program has met the high standards set by the accrediting organization. All Kids Co. sites are either accredited or will be accredited by the following organizations:

	National AfterSchool Association (NAA)
OR
	The National Association for the Education of Young Children - NAEYC

Among the hundreds of quality indicators that NAA and NAEYC focus on are:

• Low ratios of staff to children
• High level of education and training for staff
• Low staff turnover and stability in the program
• Safe and welcoming facilities
• Successful parent communication and parent involvement
• Staff relationships with children, families, host schools and peers
• Enriching programming and curriculum.
