• On-Call Substitutes (year-round, all centers)
  
  Kids Co. is always searching for qualified, experienced individuals looking to work as a substitute School-Age Counselor, Assistant Teacher or Preschool Teacher. Shift hours vary by center, and may be up to 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Substitutes are paid at the same hourly wage as regular staff based on number of years of experience and related education from $8.97 to $15.84 per hour. Substitutes are very often considered for regular positions when available. Experience working with groups of children in a center setting is preferred. Washington State background check, First Aid/CPR and TB test is required. Please inquire with the individual center director if interested in working on-call.
